There are many goals to be met!

The number of Women in Judo needs to be increased Nation wide, along with increased Leadership roles, we need support to create a plan to help grow women's judo.

To encourage Sensei, Coaches, both male and female, to develop unbiased achievable means for equal rank promotions, and advancement for female judoka.

International Women's Judo Alliance's goals, are to help work on creating a network of female judoka around the world together as a group.

An active development of a plan for female competitors to get matches they have traveled and paid for, as well a network base for travel, shared accommodations, lodging etc.

To promote women's judo around the world and support and sponsor events such as clinics and Competition.
